Relayware raises $11m in round led by Amadeus
B2B communication software provider Relayware has raised $11m in a fourth round led by technology investor Amadeus Capital Partners.
Albion Ventures, which had fully funded Relayware's first two rounds, also joins Amadeus in this series. Following the investment, Amadeus will become a majority shareholder alongside Albion and the management team.
Relayware will grow its platform with operations in Oxford, as well as in New Jersey and California, growing its existing customer base and developing complementary areas supporting channel marketing, sales and operations.
Previous funding
Relayware has raised a total $21.69m in funding since 2013. This latest round was preceded by three other rounds, two of which were venture rounds led by Albion, worth $5.5m and $1.4m.
The third round was $3.6m of debt refinancing provided by Clydesdale Bank.
