
Lyceum’s Briefing Media acquires GDS
Lyceum Capital has supported agriculture information business Briefing Media’s acquisition of Global Data Systems.
The acquisition is Briefing Media's first since being purchased by Lyceum in July 2015 from previous backers Kester Capital.
The deal was financed with addition capital provided by Lyceum as well as debt provided by RBS

GDS publishes intelligence platforms FeedInfo, which focuses on the meat, biotechnology and animal feed sectors; and FlexNews, which is aimed at senior executives in the global food industry.
Established in 1999, GDS is headquartered in Toulouse.
