
Castik's Waterlogic bolts on Aqua Line
Castik Capital-backed Waterlogic has acquired Danish water dispenser company Aqua Line.
Following the deal, Aqua Logic will gradually be merged with Waterlogic Denmark, in particular strengthening the acquirer's presence in the Copenhagen area.
The deal marks the seventh bolt-on acquisition the company has made under Castik's stewardship.
Most recently Waterlogic bought the water cooler division of PHS Group in January 2016, a deal that was supported by a £250m near-term loan from ING, HSBC, Societe Generale and SMBC. Other purchases include Just Water International and Unlimited Water in Australia; Clear Water in Norway; and Greenworks Water and Angel Springs in the UK.
Previous investment
Castik took Waterlogic private in November 2014 for £122.6m. According to unquote" data, a £113m debt facility supported the deal, provided by GE Capital, HSBC, ING, Santander and Societe Generale.
