
Investcorp's SecureLink bolts on Nebulas
Investcorp-backed cybersecurity business SecureLink has acquired UK competitor Nebulas.
The deal marks the second bolt-on for SecureLink in quick succession, with the business having acquired Stockholm-based Coresec in June 2016.
As a result of the deal, the consolidated group will have a combined turnover in the region of €235m, up from €200m, with operations in six European countries.
Investcorp acquired Belgium-based SecureLink in a secondary buyout from Indufin in December 2015. In the preceding financial year the company reportedly generated a turnover of €60m.
