
Bregal- and Project A-backed Onlineprinters bolts on Solopress
Bregal Unternehmerkapital's and Project A's portfolio company Onlineprinters has bolted on UK printing company Solopress.
The acquisition comes six months after Bregal acquired Onlineprinters from TA Associates, with the vendor having originally invested in the company in 2013.
As part of the latest deal, the target company's founders, Aron Priest and Andy Smith, will remain in their roles as joint managing directors of Solopress and will take a stake in Onlineprinters.
During TA's time at the helm, Onlineprinters set up management structures and administrative processes, and improved production systems.
