Aquiline Capital-backed ClearCourse makes acquisition
ClearCourse, a London-based group of technology companies backed by private equity firm Aquiline Capital, has acquired patient and clinic management software provider e-clinic.
This was ClearCourse's 13th acquisition since it was founded in October 2018 as it seeks to expand its product offering into the healthcare industry.
The London-based company was set up by Aquiline to add value in well-performing UK-based technology companies that provide digital services to membership, events and bookings organisations. Other bolt-ons include Trillium, IntelligentGolf, InstaGiv and NetXtra.
Company
Based in Shipley, West Yorkshire, e-clinic provides clinic management software and was founded in 2002. The group employs seven people, and has a cloud-based proprietary software package that covers patient marketing and integrated card payments.
