Duke Forest takes over management of two funds
As of January 2008, Duke Forest has assumed the management over EUR75m through two investment funds holding some 20 portfolio companies. The funds have a lifespan of around four years, allowing the firm to prepare further fundraising. The firm targets small to mid-size later-stage technology expansion and buyout situations in growth sectors in Northwest Europe, including Germany and Benelux. The founders of Duke Forest, Philippe Schuit, Udo Glenewinkel and Hans Bosman are planning to grow the team in the next couple of months. The firm is based in 's-Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands.
