Lion Capital acquires Mora from Egeria
Lion Capital has acquired Advang Holding BV from Egeria. The transaction, which is subject to authorisation from the competition authority and consultation with the work council, is expected to complete at the end of August.
Founded in 1960 in Tilburg, Advang (Ad van Geloven) owns Mora, a producer of frozen meats and snacks operating in both retail and food services across Benelux. In 2007, the company employed more than 700 staff in five factories in the Netherlands and Belgium and recorded a turnover in excess of EUR170m.
