Cerberus focuses on AGFA
US private equity firm Cerberus is reportedly considering a takeover of Belgian imaging technology group AGFA-Gevaert. The company, which specialises in hospital imaging systems and top-end printers for publishers and newspapers, has postponed its plans to split into three listed companies until mid-2008. Meanwhile, senior company officials have reportedly been approached by potential investors.
