CVC Capital Partners eyes Ahold's Schuitema stake

CVC capital partners has entered into negotiations with Dutch food group Ahold about an acquisition of its majority stake in Dutch supermarket group Shuitema. The transaction should include cash as well as the transfer of more than 50 stores by Schuitema to Ahold.
