Gimv invests €4.7m in RES Software
Belgium-based pan-European investor Gimv has invested €4.7m in Dutch company RES Software, a company specialising in user workspace management.
RES Software will use the proceeds of this financing for further international expansion, and in particular its North American operations.
Founded in Den Bosch in 1999, RES Software develops solutions that separate the user's workspace from the underlying infrastructure.
The technology enables organisations, independent from the technology, to offer the user a controlled, secured and personalised workspace.
The company currently employs 100 people in 6 offices.
