
L Catterton et al. in EUR 100m round for SellerX
SellerX, a Germany-based buyer of Amazon marketplace stores, has secured a EUR 100m round led by the growth fund of L Catterton, with participation from Sofina, Cherry Ventures, Felix Capital and 83North.
L Catterton Growth IV held its final close in October 2020 at USD 641m, surpassing its target size of USD 625m. It was launched in October 2018. The fund makes growth investments of USD 10m-75m in companies based in North America and Europe.
According to a statement, SellerX has already raised amost EUR 250m in debt and equity in its 12 months since inception.

Founded in 2020, SellerX is an acquirer of third-party brands on the Amazon marketplace, with more than 30 brands in several verticals. It now counts 250 employees across hubs in Berlin, London and Miami.
