
Private Plus gets busy with three
Private Plus Fund has been busy, completing two expansion deals and a buyout.
It has acquired a large minority stake in FourPlus, an inbound customers service centre. BluemindCorporate Finance, the fund's adviser, introduced the company to Private Plus Fund and ABN AMRO provided the debt for the deal.
Meanwhile, Private Plus and Solid Venture have jointly acquired a minority stake in Mirror42, a next generation IT intelligence software.
The fund, together with NV Nom, has also acquired a large minority stake in Kip Caravans from the insolvent Tirus Group.
