Liquavista raises a further EUR8m
Liquavista has raised EUR 8m from its existing investors in a second round of funding. The round included Amadeus, GIMV and New Venture Partners LLC.
Most of the investment is equity, although there was also debt involved. Now Amadeus and GIMV hold more than a 20% share in the company each. In November 2006, GIMV and Amadeus Capital Partners co-led a EUR12m series-A financing round for the company. New Venture Partners, which seeded the company, also participated in the round. Further investment will be needed in one or two years time. (See page 17.)
