Ardian buys stake in Nova Reperta
Ardian has acquired a stake in management consultancy Nova Reperta, marking Ardian Growth's first deal in Belgium.
Ardian said in a statement that it intends to support the company's organic growth, as well as leveraging its network to pursue a buy-and-build strategy.
The GP is currently deploying equity via its second growth fund, Ardian Growth II, which held a final close in April 2018 on EUR 230m. The fund deploys equity tickets of EUR 5m-25m, making growth and buyout investments in digital businesses in the technology, media and telecommunication sectors. The fund generally backs companies with revenues of EUR 5m-100m.
The fund expected to make 17 investments, according to Unquote Data, and Nova Reperta is the fund's 17th platform deal.
Prior to investing in Nova Reperta, the fund's latest deal was Spain-based digital identity software Logalty, in which the GP took a minority stake in April 2021.
