
Globalturk Capital and Small Enterprise Assistance Fund strike alliance
Globalturk Capital and American Small Enterprise Assistance Fund (SEAF) have agreed to collaborate on growth investments in Turkey.
Turkish investment manager Globalturk deals with foreign direct investment in and out of the country, while SEAF is an early-stage, emerging markets-focused private equity fund based in the US.
The investors will provide equity and debt to Turkish companies that operate on proven technologies and strong business models. Equity investments will range from $1m to $7m.
Bert van der Vaarthas, co-founder and executive chairman of SEAF, has joined Globalturk's advisory board.
