Mid Europa promotes Padusinski to co-head of Warsaw office

The announcement comes just a few months after Padusinski – one of several team members to be promoted at the time – was advanced to partner at the firm.

Padusinski joined Mid Europa in 2005 and has worked on deals including Lux Med and Diagnostyka. Most recently he worked on the acquisition of Euromedic's Czech laboratory business by portfolio company Alpha Medical.

Mid Europa has undertaken a recruitment drive in recent months. The GP also hired Jana Philip as legal counsel in October 2014 to oversee corporate legal matters and commercial transactions.
