Advent acquires Euroclinic bolt-on for CMU

Advent International has assisted Centrul Medical Unirea (CMU) in its acquisition of Euroclinic Medical Centres.

Euroclinic is the first private general hospital in Romania, and was bought from insurance company Eureko.

CMU, which provides ambulatory and inpatient medical services, was acquired by Advent in February this year, and Euroclinic is its first bolt-on.
