Sentinel fully acquires Vyrtych
Sentinel Capital has wholly acquired Vyrtych, a Czech lighting products manufacturer.
Mergermarket reported in November 2019 that Vyrtych was on the lookout for a new owner.

Founded in 2007 headquartered in Židněves, Vyrtych is a lighting products manufacturer. The company is specialising in development and production of luminaires for special applications like lighting equipment for hazardous areas. Vyrtych generated CZK 255.8m (€9.6m) revenues in 2018, according to its annual report.
