Sandberg acquires Revolgy
Slovak private equity fund Sandberg Capital has acquired a 35% stake in Czech cloud services company Revolgy Business Solutions.
The rest of the shares remain in the hands of the original shareholders.
The management team will stay on board and continue to lead the company.
Both parties agreed not to disclose the details of the transaction.

Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Prague, Revolgy Business Solutions is a provider of cloud services. It has a turnover of CZK 250m (€9.4m) and 100% year-on-year growth, the company claims. It employs 45 people, according to LinkedIn.
