
Elbrus Capital buys Headhunter for RUB 9.85bn
Elbrus Capital has wholly acquired Headhunter, a Russian online recruitment company, from the Mail.Ru Group for RUB 9.85bn.
Following the deal, the company will invest in its mobile platform, the launch of new products and services, and expansion into new countries.
The GP stated it was attracted to Headhunter by its management team, market leading position and rate of growth in recent years.
The deal is expected to be finalised in Q1 2015.

Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Moscow, Headhunter is an online recruitment company with additional operations in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Azerbaijan. The group owns brands including Clickme, Vacancy Fair, Online Job Fair and Russian Employer Rating.
The company stated it has increased its online monthly unique users from four million to 14 million in the past six years. In 2013 Headhunter generated turnover of RUB 2.76bn and EBITDA of RUB 1.36bn.
