
Freitag & Co appoints managing director
German corporate finance adviser Freitag & Co has appointed Christoph Seeger to managing director in the firm's Frankfurt office.
Seeger will be responsible for capital markets and corporate control, including corporate defence and M&A, as well as the firm's relationships with private equity and hedge fund clients. He joins managing directors Sebastian Freitag and Rogier Minderhout at the helm of the company.
Seeger previously worked for firms including Goldman Sachs, KKR and Perry Capital in London and Frankfurt.
Freitag & Co is a German independent corporate financier founded in 2002. The firm focuses on three advisory areas: M&A, debt advisory/financial restructuring and capital markets/corporate control. To date, the company has advised on more than 60 transactions worth an overall €30bn.
