SHS leads growth investment in phenox GmbH
SHS Gesellschaft für Beteiligungsmanagement mbH has invested an undisclosed amount in medical technology company phenox GmbH.
Existing investor NRW.BANK, a German state development bank, also invested raising its stake in the company.
Based in Bochum and founded in April 2005, phenox GmbH develops, produces and sells instruments for the neuro-interventional treatment of stroke. The company employs 28 staff.
