Bmp AG has acquired 22.5% of online marketer, vertical techmedia AG, through a capital increase.

Together with co-investor Software & Support Verlag GmbH, bmp committed a six-figure amount.

Vertical techmedia AG markets the advertising inventory of online brands in the IT and consumer electronics sectors.

As a vertical network, the company provides advertisers with access to decision-makers, consumers and multipliers with an interest in these topics.
