equitrust invests in WEGU
German private equity firm equitrust has acquired 100% of WEGU group from the Bonrath family for an undisclosed amount.
The former owner approached WEGU directly for a succession plan.
WEGU Europe is a supplier to the automotive industry based in Kassel, Germany. The company is a provider of products for vibration dampening and light construction systems. The firm employs about 270 people and has a turnover of more than €40m.
