Oaktree's Nordenia plans high-yield bond issue
Oaktree Capital Management's portfolio company Nordenia International AG is reported to plan a high-yield bond issue to pay a dividend to its owner.
This comes after sales talks between Oaktree and TPG ended. The company was expected to fetch around €600m in the secondary transaction.
Headquartered in Greven, Nordenia International produces flexible packaging, technical films and product components.
The company was acquired by Oaktree in 2006.
