Troika to found $100m Emerging Technologies Fund
Troika Capital Partners will set up a $100m venture capital fund, Emerging Technologies Fund. EBRD will commit up to $15m in the new fund.
The GP is Troika Ventures General Partner ltd and the fund manager is Troika Capital Partners ltd. The GP is to be 100% owned by the Troika Dialog Group. The fund will target innovative developing technologies in Russia in the range of $42.5-45m. The fund will be established as an Isle of Man limited partnership.
