Invision Capital takes cut of razor manufacturer
Invision Capital, together with Hypo Equity and Athena Zweite Beteiligungen AG, have wholly acquired razor blade manufacturer Feintechnik GmbH from the family owners for an undisclosed amount. The deal was sourced through the investors' network. Financing was provided by Hypo Alpe Adria.
Based in Eisfeld, Feintechnik GmbH was founded in 1920 as RITZMA-Werke and manufactures razor blades and shaving systems both for private label and under the own brand 'Croma'.
