HTGF, MBG invest in CommSolid's seed round
High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) and Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Sachsen (MBG Invest) have backed German Internet-of-Things business CommSolid.
The funding will be used to further develop the product.
MBG invests between €25,000-1m in startups. HTGF usually invests €600,000 at the seed stage for a 15% stake. In February, the investor backed a seven-digit round for German startup Baimos, which develops security products for Internet-of-Things companies.

Founded in 2015 and based in Dresden, CommSolid is an Internet-of-Things company focused on communication technology for healthcare, smart home, transport, logistic systems and industrial applications. CommSolid has 30 staff.
