HTGF provides seed funding for Raidboxes
High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) has backed a seed round for German web hosting service Raidboxes.
The team plans to bring WordPress hosting, which already exists in the US and the UK, to Germany and other European countries. The fresh capital will be used for product development.
HTGF usually invests €600,000 at seed stage. One week before the announcement, the VC backed the seed round of Gridscale, a German cloud computing business.
Company
Founded in 2016, Raidboxes offers WordPress hosting from Germany. Its service is aimed at internet professionals, web designers and internet agencies.
