
IFH backs HQLabs
Innovationsstarter Fonds Hamburg (IFH) has joined up with existing business angel backers to provide a funding round for project management software developer HQLabs.
The value of the funding was not disclosed but IFH generally invests a maximum of €1m in the first round and the total value is thought to be in the low-seven-digit range.
The company will use the extra funding to further develop the software and hire more staff. It aims to add 10-20 new agencies per month to its client base of around 200.

HQLabs was founded in 2012 in Hamburg. It develops software for project management, including customer contacts, operational planning, financial projections and resource management. Since its inception the company has grown from three employees to 25.
