HTGF in €1.5m seed round for Replex
High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) has taken part in a €1.5m seed round for Duisberg-based IT infrastructure management software developer Replex.
EnBW New Ventures, EValue and US-based Entrepreneurs Investment Fund have also invested in the funding round.
The fresh capital will be used to expand into the US market where the company has recently opened an office in San Francisco.

Replex was founded in Duisberg in 2016 – it now has offices in Berlin, Leipzig and San Francisco. The company provides software solutions for IT infrastructure management and optimisation. The software detects information on physical servers and virtual machines in real time and generates cost-cutting optimisation strategies.
