
Goldman Sachs invests $35m in remuneration software Beqom
Goldman Sachs has invested $35m in Switzerland-based HR and sales management software developer Beqom.
The funding will be used to expand the direct sales force and further develop indirect sales channels.
Company
Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Fribourg, Beqom provides HR and sales management software to 100 corporate clients including Microsoft and Vodafone.
The software addresses performance and compensation aspects such as salary review, bonuses, long-term incentives, commissions, benefits and non-cash rewards. It currently manages around 2 million employees through its platform and employs around 100 people itself.
