Northzone in €10.5m series-A for Personio
Venture capital firm Northzone has invested in a €10.5m series-A funding round for Munich-based HR and recruiting software developer Personio.
Previous investors Global Founders and Picus Capital also participated in the new round.
The new funding will be used to hire software developers as well as integrate more partners into the service. Personio has already secured partnerships with Paycheck and Gohiring.

In July 2016, Global Founders and Picus Capital backed a €2.1m seed funding round for Personio.
Company
Founded in 2015, Personio develops HR and recruiting software for companies with between 10-1,000 employees. It aims to digitalise the majority of HR services. It also hosts networking events for HR managers. The company employs 60 people and has 400 clients in 30 countries.
