Nord Holding-backed PPS buys Klebefieber
Nord Holding portfolio company PPS Group has acquired Berlin-based decorative printing company Klebefieber.
The acquisition complements PPS Group's existing B2C offering www.bilderwelten.de, expanding on the already high-growth B2C offering.
The combined group will have revenues of more than €40m, according to a company statement. The GP said the group will be able to unlock considerable synergies by integrating production at the PPS site in Berlin.
Nord Holding is an evergreen fund with no fixed term and invests from its own balance sheet.
Previous funding
In May 2017, Nord Holding acquired a majority equity position in PPS for an undisclosed sum. The GP said at the time that it planned to support the company's expansion through further acquisitions.
Company
Founded in 2009 and based in Berlin, Klebefieber sells decorative products such as wall decorations, photographs and other printed gifts through its website. The company has a range of standardised products, including numerous brand licences, as well as customised products. The company employs 38 people.
