
Capnamic leads €4m series-A for Userlane
Capnamic Ventures has led a €4m series-A funding round for user-assistance software developer Userlane.
Early-stage investor High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF), Commerzbank's Main Incubator and FTR Ventures also took part in the financing.
The fresh capital will be used to expand the company and further develop the product.
Previous funding
HTGF and Main Incubator led a seed round for Userlane in November 2016, financial details were not disclosed.
Company
Userlane was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Munich. The company develops software that guides users through the operation of other software packages with on-screen instructions. Large corporations such as Allianz, Deutsche Telekom and LBS, together with public institutions like the City of Munich, already adopted Userlane to train their employees on software.
