
Adiuva Capital-backed AC Dental buys NT Dental
Adiuva Capital has supported the acquisition of Karlsruhe-based dental products company NT Dental for its portfolio company, Munich-based dental laboratory AC Dental.
NT Dental was wholly acquired with capital being deployed by Adiuva directly as well as from AC Dental, according to a regulatory filing.
Adiuva generally makes investments of between €5-40m and has the flexibility to acquire both majority and minority positions. One of the GP's areas of focus is growth capital for the acquisition of a competitor as part of an industry consolidation.
Previous funding
Private investment company Invicto Holding acquired a majority stake in NT in May 2016. The company employed 30 people at the time. Invicto invests in companies with revenues of up to €50m.

NT is a dental technology company based in Karlsruhe. It designs and manufactures dental products including mounting fixtures and other dental tools. It was founded in 2008 and employs fewer than 50 people, according to publicly available documents.
