
Waterland buys Hansefit
Waterland has acquired a stake in Bremen-based corporate fitness network Hansefit from co-owner Stefan Runge.
Founder and co-owner Jens Pracht will remain in his role as CEO and said Waterland's investment will propel the company into a new stage of development.
Waterland will invest in expanding the company's service portfolio and digitalising its services.
The GP is currently investing from Waterland VII, a €2bn fund that held a final close in August 2017.

Hansefit is a corporate fitness network based in Bremen. It offers its members access to affiliated gyms, swimming pools, wellness services and physiotherapy practices. It has 1,500 affiliated partners and 1,300 corporate customers.
