
Auctus-backed Gustoso Group bolts on Ruff's Burger
Auctus portfolio company Gustoso Group has acquired a majority stake in Germany-based restaurant chain Ruff's Burger.
The firm formed Gustoso with the acquisitions of Sushi.Wrap and Cotidiano in 2015. The platform acquired Ciao Bella in 2017.
The management team of Ruff's Burger will continue to lead operations. Gustoso will support the team in IT, HR, purchasing and expansion. Ruff's Burger plans to expand nationally with a focus on central downtown locations, shopping malls and catering.
