Auctus-backed Magellan Netzwerke acquires Solit Systems
A subsidiary of Auctus portfolio company Fernao Networks, Magellan Netzwerke, has acquired IT services provider Solit Systems.

The acquisition expands Magellan Netzwerke's security services product portfolio, and, following this transaction, Fernao now employs more than 500 people at 18 locations.
