
Nordwind's B2B Media Group bolts on Aumago
Nordwind Capital has supported its portfolio company B2B Media Group in is acquisition of online B2B marketing business Aumago.
Nordwind acquired B2B Media in 2017. At the time, the company reported revenues of €10-20m.
Aumago's founder, Christoph Krüger, will occupy a new role as chief audience officer, while co-founder Dirk Wischnewski will work as chief marketing officer. B2B Media founders Fabian Jung and Kai Seefeldt will remain in their roles as CEO and chief technology officer, respectively.
Nordwind managing director Christian Plangger told Unquote that the firm paid more than 12x EBITDA for the asset.
The combined company employs 80 people in six locations in Germany and the UK.
