
BWK acquires stake in Kreyer
BWK has acquired an undisclosed minority stake in construction trading company Kreyer.
Stuttgart-based BWK focuses on investments in established German Mittelstand companies. The GP's recent activity includes the trade sale of BKtel Group for €45.99m in September 2019 to Swiss group Huber+Suhner.
Company
Kreyer is a trader in glass and stainless steel construction materials. Based in Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock in North Rhine-Westphalia, the group consists of three companies: Glasprofi 24, Panther Glas Deutschland and ETG.
Founded in 2007, the group employs 100 people, according to its website.
