
Signa Innovations leads €5m series-A for Realxdata

Signa Innovations, the venture arm of Austria-based real estate group Signa, has led a €5m series-A for Germany-based data analysis platform Realxdata.
The company intends to use the investment to grow its team and further develop its analysis platform, as well as to expand its market presence in Germany.
Also participating in the round was Paris-headquartered venture capital investor Ventech. The firm backs technology-focused companies in Europe and China. Ventech recently invested $6m in Denmark-based sports recording company Veo, drawing capital from Ventech Capital V.
Previous funding
Realxdata raised €2m in June 2018, via a seed round backed by Berlin-based VC Rheingau Founders.

Realxdata was founded in 2016 and is based in Berlin. It offers AI-backed data analysis services for the real estate and financial services sectors. The analysis platform produces market analysis and property and portfolio evaluations.
