
Callista acquires ETM from BOS
Callista Private Equity has wholly acquired Engineering Technologie Marketing (ETM) from automotive components group BOS.
Callista intends to continue the strategic repositioning of ETM and to expand its customer base. The firm also expects the company to benefit from economies of scale and process expertise in connection with its existing portfolio companies.
The vendor, Ostfildern-based BOS, will now focus on growth and development in its strategic focus areas, according to a statement.

Founded in 1999, ETM is a manufacturer of components and systems made of plastics and elastomers for automotive applications. Headquartered in Saalburg-Ebersdorf, the company has more than 500 employees. ETM generated a turnover of €82m in 2018, according to Northdata.
