
Kindred and Capnamic lead €2.47m seed round for How.FM
Early-stage investors Kindred Capital and Capnamic Ventures have led a €2.47m seed round for How.FM, a Germany-based software platform that aims to assist companies with training and communication with manual workers.
Also participating were Tiny.VC, the venture capital firm of entrepreneur Philipp Moehring, as well as angel investors including Trivago founder Rolf Schrömgens and the founders of Blinkist and Just Spices.
Capnamic generally makes investments of €500,000-3m, focusing on companies in the DACH region.

How.FM is a software platform that aims to act as a digital coach, allowing businesses to automate hiring, training and communication with manual workers. Companies can use the software to create training videos for areas such as health and safety, as well as to monitor performance.
According to its website, How.FM's client base includes Tommy Hilfiger, Just Spices and logistics company Ingram. The company was founded in 2018 and is based in Cologne. It has 13 employees, according to LinkedIn.
