
Riverside-backed GermanPersonnel acquires Evint
Recruitment software company GermanPersonnel, a portfolio company of Riverside Europe (the European arm of US-based sponsor The Riverside Company), has acquired HR software business Evint.
Riverside acquired GermanPersonnel in May 2018, deploying equity via Riverside Europe Fund V, which held a final close in September 2017 on €240m. The fund targets businesses with EBITDA of €5-15m and aimed to make 15-20 acquisitions in Europe. It has made nine platform investments, according to Unquote Data.
Evint is the second add-on for GermanPersonnel, which Riverside intends to continue to develop as an end-to-end HR platform. It acquired market peer Compana in 2019.

Evint was founded in 2010 and is based in Fulda. The company provides software to assist corporates with cloud-based workforce management, focusing on time management, personnel, and job applicant administration, billing and compliance management. It employed 18 people in 2018, according to its financial statements for that year.
