Main Capital portfolio company Cleversoft has acquired Netherlands-based financial risk and crime prevention software BusinessForensics.
The acquisition aims to build Cleversoft's financial regulatory software offering and to expand its geographical presence. The deal was supported with additional equity from Main Capital.
