Main Capital's Mach bolts on Data-Plan
Public sector software provider Mach, a portfolio company of specialised software investor Main Capital Partners, has wholly acquired Germany-based Data-Plan Computer Consulting.
The add-on of the financial management software platform is intended to expand Mach's enterprise resource planning (ERP) product suite. The group will now have 450 employees.
Main Capital acquired Mach in September 2020 in an all-equity deal, investing via Main Capital VI, which held a final close in May 2020 on €564m. At the time, partner Sven van Berge Henegouwen told Unquote that the GP intended to make add-ons for the company, focusing on German-speaking markets in the public sector and adjacent sectors, as reported.
Main Capital contributed additional equity to finance the bolt-on of Data-Plan.
