
BayBG backs Trans Tech Hysek MBI
Bayerische Beteiligungsgesellschaft (BayBG) has taken a minority stake in Kissing-based Trans Tech Hysek (TTH) as part of a management buy-in.
The founders and former managing directors of the company, the Hysek family, are being replaced by CEO Steffen Weißer. He will be joined by Andreas Meisetschläger as co-CEO.
Weißer Holding, headed by Weißer, wholly acquired Trans Tech Hysek on 1 October 2014.
BayBG invests in Mittelstand companies seeking succession planning solutions, turnaround projects and growth planning changes.
Company
Founded in 1987 in Kissing, Trans Tech Hysek supplies the packaging industry, including bottling companies and container manufacturers, with turning devices, spray-rinsing units and cable transport systems. It also conducts after-care service for its products.
