gamma capital partners portfolio company expands to Austria
gamma capital partners' icomasoft AG has established opvizor GmbH as its Austrian business outlet.
Financing for the expansion was sourced from gamma III, which closed on €33m in 2007.
The Austrian unit of the company hopes to draw upon expertise from softwarepark Hagenberg.

Zug-based icomasoft AG is a software-as-a-service platform that is specialised in preventive analysis in visualisation technology. The firm was founded by Diego Boscardin and Dennis Zimmer in 2008.
Its prime product, opvizor, is now available in its 1.5 version with improved analysis capacity in vSphere environments. The product is available for commercial use and as free ware. Both icomasoft and Opvizor are registered Swiss trademarks.
